14 Day Home Trial

Experience The Ice Sack at home.

The Ice Sack is designed to be experienced. If it is not the right fit, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

A return authorization is required before sending the product back.

Products returned without authorization may be refused or experience processing delays.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

·   The return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

·   The product must be returned in functional condition.

·   All included components, accessories, and materials must be returned.

·   The product must not show misuse, unauthorized modification, puncture, excessive damage, contamination, or conditions inconsistent with normal evaluation use.

·   The return must follow the shipping, packaging, and handling instructions provided by BHVD Labs.

Reasonable signs of ordinary evaluation use during the Home Trial will not automatically disqualify an eligible return.

Returned Product Processing

All approved returns are inspected before processing.

Unused Returns

Unused, unopened, complete, undamaged, and saleable units may be inspected, repackaged where appropriate, and returned to inventory.

A returned product will not be represented as factory sealed if its original factory seal has been opened or replaced.

Used Returns

Used units are never resold as new or returned to customer inventory.

Used returns are inspected and responsibly processed through:

·   Reconditioning for noncustomer purposes

·   Internal testing or training

·   Recycling

·   Responsible retirement

·   Donation to qualified organizations where appropriate

No specific donation recipient or outcome is guaranteed.

Return Processing Fee

A 15% return processing fee applies to approved returns.

This fee includes:

·   Return shipping

·   Inspection

·   Handling

·   Processing

·   Reconditioning

·   Return administration

No additional return shipping charge will be applied beyond the return processing fee.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned product has been received, inspected, and approved.

The refund amount will be reduced by the 15% return processing fee, which includes return shipping and applicable return processing costs.

Approved refunds are generally initiated within 10 business days after inspection.

The time required for funds to appear depends on your payment provider.

Return Denial

A return may be denied if:

·   The request is submitted outside the 14 Day Home Trial period.

·   The product is not returned.

·   Required components are missing.

·   The product has been materially damaged through misuse, neglect, contamination, puncture, or unauthorized modification.

·   The product presents a safety or handling condition that prevents reasonable processing.

·   The customer does not follow the return authorization or shipping process.

·   The return was obtained through fraud or material misrepresentation.

BHVD Labs will provide the reason for a denied return.
