Reservations and Deposits

Reservations or deposits provide priority access to The Ice Sack and do not guarantee a specific shipment date.

Estimated shipment timing may change due to manufacturing, testing, quality control, suppliers, logistics, inventory, or other operational conditions.

The applicable product page and checkout will identify:

·       Amount collected

·       Whether payment is a deposit or full purchase

·       Refundability terms

·       Cancellation conditions

·       Estimated shipment timing

Refundable Reservations

Where a reservation deposit is expressly described as refundable, it remains refundable according to the terms presented at checkout.

Order Cancellation

Once an order enters final processing, production allocation, or fulfillment preparation, cancellation rights may be limited as described during checkout.
