These Terms govern your use of TheIceSack.com, The Ice Sack products, applications, content, and services operated by BHVD Labs.

By accessing our website, placing an order, creating an account, or using our products, you agree to these Terms.

The Ice Sack is intended for general wellness use.

It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

You agree to:

· Follow all product instructions and safety guidance

· Inspect the product before use

· Stop use if the product is damaged or functioning abnormally

· Remain able to open and exit the product independently

Do not use The Ice Sack while sleeping, impaired, sedated, restrained, or unable to respond normally.

BHVD Labs may refuse, limit, or cancel orders where reasonably necessary, including:

· Suspected fraud

· Incorrect pricing or inventory information

· Shipping restrictions

· Unauthorized resale activity

· Violation of these Terms

If an order is cancelled after payment, applicable amounts will be refunded.

Reservations, deposits, and preorders do not guarantee a specific shipment date.

Estimated shipment timing may change due to manufacturing, testing, suppliers, logistics, customs, inventory, or other operational conditions.

Applicable product pages and checkout pages identify payment and cancellation terms.

All trademarks, branding, product designs, content, software, documentation, and materials are owned by or licensed to BHVD Labs.

Unauthorized copying, distribution, modification, reverse engineering, or commercial use is prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BHVD Labs disclaims warranties not legally required to be provided.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BHVD Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

Liability arising from a product purchase is limited to the amount paid for the applicable product.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware.
